Abstract :
Production is often interrupted by disturbances. The pre-schedule needs to be rescheduled to recover the normal production. In this paper, the cooperative rescheduling based on multi-agent system is proposed in the multiplant environment where the production process of plant is batch process. The makespan and stability are used to evaluate the performance of multiplant cooperative rescheduling. The propagation of disturbances among plants is a factor to affect rescheduling stability. Algorithms for cooperative scheduling of enterprise agent and plant agents, and for rescheduling in plant are developed to implement multiplant cooperative rescheduling. Computational experiments were executed to verify the proposed algorithms.
