Abstract :
Nonlinear frequency generation with conversion efficiencies up to -40 dB at NIR-telecom wavelengths was achieved by degenerate four wave mixing applying Si/Chalcogenide glass hybrid racetrack resonators with Q-factors in the order of 105.
