Abstract :
The general design plan of networked testing platform for internal combustion engine is introduced. The state parameters and corresponding transducers as well as the configuration plans are implemented. The signal condition circuits for measurement of the engine is designed and built. The system software of the networked testing lab is developed by graphical virtual instrument developing platform of Lab VIEW. The software architecture is comprised of data acquisition module, main control module, manual testing module, automatic testing module and data management module and so forth. The networked lab and strategies is shown, through extensive practical application and simulation, to be very feasible and robust with potential for extension to a number of other application areas.
