Abstract :
The traditional search engine can´t reach the recall rate and precision required. One increasingly popular method to structure information is through the use of ontology. However, OWL Classes does not do so well in expressing information needs and constructing complex query. Therefore, the term Meta Concept is put forward instead of OWL Class to express information. With Meta Concept, document resource and user requirement are redefined and new search modal based it is provided. A prototype is implemented and evaluated, and the results show large improvements over existing methods.
