  • Abstract
    We propose and experimentally demonstrate the first on-chip fourth-order photonic differentiator implemented by silicon four-stage self-coupled optical-waveguide (FS-SCOW) resonator. Fourth-order differentiation of picosecond pulse signal at a high processing speed of 40 Gb/s is achieved.
