Abstract :
Vibrating sieve is one of the main parts of a combine. When the types or parameters were changed, the whole model would be changed. In this paper, the three-dimensional parametric model of vibrating sieve was established based on UG. Then the custom menus, UIStyler dialog boxes and control procedures were designed by using UG / Open API secondary development. In the environment of VC6.0, the main program was established, modified, and then compiled; finally the man-machine interactive system was formed. Open UG NX4.0, select the user-defined drop-down menu and input the main parameters of vibrating sieve in the dialog-boxes, and then the system will automatically update the model, which is in full compliance with the design requirements. It has been proved from the fact that we can shorten design period and improve design efficiency using this system.
