Abstract :
Orderly pneumatic rice seedling throwing is a new technology of shallow transplanting. This paper mainly discusses the motion state of the seedling in the guide tube in a compressive airflow. Using the Fluent CFD software analyze the distribution of pressure and velocity of the compressive airfield in the guide tube. Based on the above analysis, using the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software simulate the motion state of the rice seedling after it has been blown off. The main content includes the velocity and the displacement of the rice seedling under the gravity and in the airflow. The collision posture of the seedling and the guide tube in different cases of pressure and flow can be known according to the trajectories of the rice seedling. And that can provides some theoretical studies to orderly pneumatic rice seedling throwing.
