Abstract :
With economic growth, domes industry has been developing rapidly. For China automobile has just started, especially in the complete maintenance and other after-sales service is not mature, in-depth, at the same time there will be many deficiencies and shortcomings. Different car companies existing production line imbalance, making the car complete maintenance, lots of the production line stations can not be fully utilized, it accumulation process, the vehicle takes too long to be seized, for causing great economic losses. “Natural Selection” forces the auto repair industry advanced computer technologies to improve the maintenance process. In this paper, complete maintenance is studied of the object, using Flexsim software model. Survey on the Object oriented Simulation environment for the two to maintain the production line optimization.
