Abstract :
The delay and stagnation of supply chain resulting from emergency can cause serious economic losses and credit problems. Therefore, there is need for corporations involved in the supply chain management to plan ahead for emergency situations. This is with a view to coping with the emergency promptly and effectively. To achieve this, the emergency plan should be evaluated accurately and objectively. In this paper a comprehensive evaluation indexes are constructed, and the emergency plans of supply chain management are evaluated using the extension theory to confirm the priority of emergency plants. To illustrate the theory, an example is used for analysis.
