Abstract :
To solve the logistics problem of uneven order and delivering under the condition of mixed production of assembly shop in automobile manufacturing enterprise, this paper studied the principle of electronic order partitioning, process and logistics information system planning solutions of JIT from leveling aspect, and then verified he effectiveness and practicability of solutions through application benefit analysis on JIT logistics planning of distribution center by using actual cases, furthermore it shows that this study can provide certain reference to supply chain logistics system planning. In genera, there are some technique innovations in E-kanban system structure and application in the independent enterprise.
