Abstract :
The imaging quality of airborne photoelectric platform lies on vibration control of its carrier. Depending on the principle, adverse factor of vibration impact on imaging quality of airborne photoelectric platform was analyzed. It was known that angular-displacement vibration is the main influence on imaging quality. So, shock absorption device was designed, which was composed of many spatial poles of connection in parallel. Its shock absorption mechanism was analyzed, shock absorption model was established, and the relationship among vibration transmission rate, inherent frequency and incentive force frequency of the system was found. Finally, the kinematics analysis of the absorber was simulated by ADAMS software. The result indicates that photoelectric platform with shock absorption device just moves on linear displacement, the response of points on shock absorption device is identical, and there is no angular vibration. The result confirms that shock absorption device without angular displacement is able to improve the imaging quality of airborne photoelectric platform effectively.
