Abstract :
The article use the government as the breakthrough point of the subject of Intergenerational allocation of resources of coastline, solving the problem of intergenerational equity on the position of government. By establishing the government Intergenerational Allocation of resources of coastline model, introducing the concept of government sympathy, we think that government has pure altruism and not pure altruism tendency. Conclusion: government with sympathy will consider appropriate to the interests of the future generations, and improving the compassion can promote equity of intergenerational allocation of resources of coastline. Finally, the paper proposes to integrate sustainable development into the government assessment mechanism, establish a sound system of paid use of coastline resources arrangements and set up three paths of intergenerational compensation fund, shoreline resources to achieve intergenerational equity allocation to promote sustainable resource use.
