Abstract :
Enterprise competitiveness is the direct embodiment of enterprise advantage. The enterprises show different leading advantage element structure in different developing phases. The enterprise competitiveness can´t be improved without enhancing the leading advantage. To get constant improvement of enterprise competitiveness, the enterprise leading advantage element structure must be transformed and improved in time. Based on this theory, this article established steel and iron enterprise competitiveness evaluation index system with 6 aspects including resources competitiveness, scale competitiveness, environment competitiveness, cooperation competitiveness, innovation competitiveness and brand competitiveness. Using in Hebei Province as analysis and research object, Comparing and researching enterprise competitiveness horizontally of 16 steel and iron enterprises in 2008 including Tangshan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd with principal component analysis method, and analyzing that enterprise competitiveness deeply on that basis.
