Abstract
Aiming at the rapid change of commanding information system, this paper first puts forward a dynamic evaluating method about the efficiency of commanding information system on the basis of analyzing the index structure of evaluating the system, and a calculated example indicates that the method has good practicability and maneuverability. Then, an approach of affirming and revising the evaluating result is discussed, it has positive significance to enrich the evaluating efficiency of the commanding information system.
