Abstract :
Base on the characteristic of each banknote has its own unique code, it can monitor banknote circulation and provide an approach of solving financial market security problems. In this paper, it will discuss the popular vertical notes counter in the market using linear array sensor and digital signal processor to fulfill synchronizing dynamic banknote code image acquisition, real-time processing and recognition, at the same time, it will use USB mainframe controller to store the recognition results in a portable way.
