Abstract :
The teaching effect of Calculation Software for Construction Engineering Cost is largely affected by students´ computer level and professional foundations due to the course feature. As a result, the evaluation of teaching effect can´t be determined by the average scores. Based on the basic theory of Markov chain, this paper carries out appraisal of the teaching effect of the Calculation Software for Construction Engineering Cost. This evaluation method is much more effective and plausible as it rules out students´ individual differences and the appraisal results are more fair and just compared with the results got by evaluating average performances.
