Abstract :
Being the base of system security measures, the complete assessment of certain risks that the system may face is very worthful. In the research, various elements affecting the security of the system are analyzed, and a risk hierarchical structure model is built by the grey analytic hierarchy process (GAHP) which determines the levels of all associated risks with the help of the constructed risk assessment model. Overall, all these processes provide reliable evidences for the improving effectiveness of security mechanisms which can mitigate, avoid or transport the risks of Electronic Government System.
