Abstract
This paper describes the results of evaluating member activity on an experimental P2P community constructed on a P2P communication platform that includes a semantic information oriented network (SIONet). We introduce "semi-active information transmission technology" in order to reduce the complexity of transmission by members to the P2P community. We also propose P2P traffic control technology and perform simulations using traffic data acquired in the experimental P2P community.
