Abstract :
In the paper we present the importance of the general semantic concepts & action for semantic searching. The amount of knowledge is increasing endlessly. And the existing Web pages where knowledge is conveniently taken to people are increasing as it. Ontology-based search engines, supplying semantic search, provide one solution to meet the semantically rich requirements demanded by users. To organize the semantic concepts & action is the basement to set up the semantic search. To reason semantic concepts & action between inquiry and existing Web pages is the key to facilitate semantic searches. The representation of the general semantic concepts & action is fundamental behind all this.
