Abstract :
The C4ISR system effectiveness was respectively studied under the model of Network Centric Warfare and Platform Centric Warfare combining with specific operations scenario in the paper, utilizing graph theory, information entropy, knowledge function theory and complexity theory. That how operational effectiveness is effected by operation flow, information-sharing, network complexity and other factors was studied, based on the analysis of information entropy and knowledge function. Furthermore, the mathematical model was established and the simulation was realized. The conclusion was drawn that node-sharing´s active impact and network complexity´ negative impact both raise and the integrated contribution covering node-sharing and network complexity ascend earlier descend later with node´s in-degree increasing.
