Abstract :
Motion system is the main part of the vehicle driving simulator which is presented in this paper. The control algorithm of 6-DOF platform, called washout algorithm, which is the important part of the motion system is researched in this paper. Although The traditional classic washout algorithm has the advantages of simple and fast, but can not fully simulate the full working condition of vehicle driving. Therefore, the adaptive washout algorithm is analyzed and simulated. Through the human evaluation model, simulation results are evaluated and compared. Simulation results show that the algorithm is better than the classical algorithm in the accuracy and stability of its output, which can simulate the full working condition of vehicle sports, and it improves the simulator´s better fidelity.
