Abstract
This paper reports ramp test results on aged and spare bars. The measurements were carried out up to a maximum voltage of 21 kV in laboratory. The laboratory aged bars were compared to the spare bars with respect to their test results. Both a linear model and a non-linear model were used to reproduce the experimental results. In the case of non-linear responses (snaking), a correlation was made with the presence of delamination.
