Abstract
We studied the sensor system which helps visually impaired walk safely and prevents serious accidents on train station platforms. We studied the conventional white stick walk method that requires no special training, is lightweight, and intuitive to use. Furthermore, we recorded how the visually impaired performed during a practical test
