Abstract :
To defeat future air targets, likely to have high agility and intensive countermeasures, the integrated estimation, guidance, control, and fuzing approach is one of the most promising methods. One such method, guidance integrated fuzing (GIF), is investigated, with emphasis on predictive fuzing parameter estimation. The guidance integrated predictive fuzing is formulated with a comparison with traditional hollow cone fuzing. The various fuzing parameter estimation schemes developed show promising results in flight test data processing. A six-degree-of-freedom (DOF) missile simulation with a GIF feature is also presented
