  • Abstract
    In this paper we elaborate the In-Circuit Programming method of XS128 Flash memory. By introducing the relative registers for Flash programming and the Special Command Mode NVM in XS128, we put forward the detailed Flash Programming Procedure. And we also give XS128 D-FLASH/P-FLASH In-Circuit Programming Instance in C Language, which provide reference for the in-circuit Programming of other flash device.
