Abstract :
With the development of information technology, "Information Island" has become an obstacle to information resources sharing between cross-domains. Interoperability is the key technology to solve this problem. However, establishing a good trust relationship is a prerequisite for achieving interoperation between cross-domains. In order to strengthen the information resource sharing and collaboration between the entities cross-domains through trust, specific to the characteristic of interoperability-openness, dynamics, serviceability, autonomy, hierarchy and so on, an interoperable trust mechanism was studied in the paper: on the one hand, based on the background of organizational trust relationship, the qualitative and quantitative factors which affect interoperable trust were analyzed, and the trust evaluation index system was established; on the other hand, dynamic and comprehensive evaluation method for interoperable trust based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with variable weights theory were studied.
