Abstract :
An operational amplifier has been developed using Capacitively Coupled Floating Gate (CCFG) MOSFETs. The design is mathematically optimised to achieve good performance from limited silicon area. The resulting operational amplifier operates from low supply voltages, while maintaining wide common mode input range, high gain and low input offset voltage
