Abstract :
Abnormal sound test System of car electro motion backrest based on microphone is presented. When backrest is clamped, Connect the high-power DC power supply to backrest´s motors by contactor, Contactor ON/OFF and the direction of Motor´s current are controlled by PLC, Backrest can run forward or reverse, Two microphone are fix beside of backrest about 10cm before backrest rotation. The computer sample the signal of microphone in the process of backrest rotation to acquire the parameter of backrest sound such as Max Value, LEQ, and compared with prescribe parameter as result of test. The experiment results show that the system dynamic test range is 16-120DB, and the test system can steady run in long time.
