Abstract :
To evaluate the reliability of the state problem with respect to a network system. The perfect sampling algorithm based on the sandwiched CFTP scheme distribution is proposed in this correspondence which guarantees to draw exactly and directly the samples from the network stationary state. The supposing convergence time in the stationary network state can be explored via the two extreme probability coalescences.
