Planning strategic in the form of scientific and practicable model and format of integration workshop (Hormozgan Electric Distribution Company selected as a case study) [abstract only]

The objective of this paper is to study the organization´s strategic planning status based on literature sheet and in case of existence of conflicts the suitable corrective measures will apply. Literature sheet is a measurement tool for measuring the organization. Indeed we analysis the organization with the view of literature sheet and the problems determines. And in order to achieve what was mentioned, seven steps introduced that with executing of each step in the model the possibility of senior management decisions to improve strategic planning are facilitate. And in continue operating the program is prepared and executed.
