Abstract
This paper presents the comparative evaluation of decoupled nonlinear control strategies for shunt active filters. Solutions in αβ fixed reference frame and in dq synchronous reference frame are considered. Issues related to their digital, discrete-time implementation are deeply analyzed and relevant improvements are proposed.
