Abstract
In this paper, a set of simple-structure current-mode truth value evaluator circuits for sentential operations, called negation, conjunction, disjunction, implication, and equivalence, in complementary fuzzy logic systems are proposed. They perform the desired function well at high speed with 140 ns/450 ns rise time/fall time and error less than 0.5% of full-scaled current (15 μA). On the average, the power consumption of these circuits is about 255 μW at 5 V power supply voltage
