Abstract :
This paper presents a downlink simulation for a UMTS/WCDMA cell. In the first part a general model for the WCDMA downlink simulation is presented. In the second part the channel model is presented and analysed and several RAKE receiver structures, used in the simulation, are also presented. In the final part simulation results are shown and a number of interesting results are highlighted
