Abstract
Mobile communications research and development is presently in significant growth, due to the advent of the very low power consumption requirement in wireless and mobile application circuits. In such a circuit there is an additional need to monitor the current that flows from and to the battery. This current can be as high as 2A for GSM applications. We present a low-offset current sense amplifier that can allow sensing of currents as low as 10mA
