Abstract :
In this paper, we develop a new method to estimate the parameters of some possibly coherent wideband sources impinging on a uniform linear array. This method is based on least square error criterion (LSE) and contained two steps. First the directions of arrival (DOA) of the source signals are estimated, then, using these estimated angles, the waveform of each source signal is completely reconstructed. The method is highly efficient even in the case of multipath channels where the arriving signals are severely correlated. The performance of this method is evaluated at different signal to noise ratios and its competence is proven.
