  • Abstract
White blood corpuscles is the victim for many kind of diseases due to its count diminution and shape changeability.WBC segmentation from the blood cells are very much needed as it is helpful for doctors to detect diseases like acute leukaemia. In this paper we proposed WBC sectionalisation which is done by means of simple morphological operations along with power law transformation whereas as a result finical leukocytes that incorporate nucleus and cytoplasm can be segmented and depicted. The result shows that the segmented cells are of high accuracy and efficiency. The projected method can also be used for more number of cells or images for obtaining enhanced result.
