Abstract :
The paper deals with the theoretical investigation of surface polaritons (SP) in weakly disordered superlattice (WDSL), formed of the finite number of 2-dimensional electron systems (2DES). The weak disorderedness consists in the fact that one of the inner 2DES was shifted from the position of periodicity on some distance Δ. It is shown, that under the integer quantum Hall effect (IQHE) conditions all characteristics of SP are represented by the quantized values. The conditions under which the SP phase and group velocities in the finite WDSL can be considerably less than that in the isolated 2DES are defined
