Abstract :
Performance characteristics of rectangular waveguide-based passive phased arrays of both reflection and tranmission types are analyzed. The reflection and the transmission factors of such structures are investigated in dependence on the problem geometry parameters. It has been shown that passive rectangular waveguide-based arrays can be employed to design radiation sources of hybrid reflector antennas
