Abstract :
This paper presents an analysis on a time delayed nonlinear dynamical system, gets a new convenient global stability result and finds a concise expression about the bound of time-delay. The system can be used to describe many dynamical system problems. The result has wide application, and the condition needed can be satisfied easily. Such an analysis is useful to time delayed Hopfield model based neural network design in practical applications.
