This paper use the theory of Consumer Surplus as a tool of quantity analysis, to do an research deeply into the extent to which the benefits and currency costs in Customer Delivered Value affect consumer decision-making action through the change of requiring quantity and demand. Moreover, quantify these two extents and make a comparison between them to acquire some strategic revelation for the companies now.
