Abstract :
In this paper, we analytically study the impact of FWMin dispersion-managed DWDM transmission system for 160 Gb/s bit rate per channel. Weevaluate the performance of DWDM system considering the effects of FWM by varying channel spacing, channel count and bit rate. The bit rate is varied from 40 Gb/s to 320 Gb/s. Here we have envisaged different dispersion-managed models with and without taking into account of residual dispersion.
