Abstract :
Energy management systems (EMS) on demand sides are expected as a method of controlling electricity supply and demand balance in power grids including large amount of PV power generations. EMS is supposed to determine the optimal daily operation of energy appliances including energy storage factors economically and efficiently to satisfy consumer´s desire taking account of forecasted energy demand and PV generation. Although energy demand forecast is one of important factors to realize EMS as mentioned, it is very difficult because building energy consumption structure is not elucidated sufficiently. We need the information which kind of electricity demand has a possibility of activating (shifted or reduced) for the forecast. Grasping energy consumption structure in a building contributes to not only demand forecast but also finding wasted energy consumption. We focus on the residential electricity consumption, and propose the analysis method of distribution board currents to figure out the residential electricity demand structure. Measurement survey was started to develop and confirm the validity of proposed method in SO households in the Kashiwa-noha area in chiba prefecture in November 2009. In this paper, the proposed method, the overview of the measurement survey and initial analysis results are introduced.
