Abstract :
The description and inquiry of software component become the hotspot and nodus of software reuse research. According to 3C model, this paper provides an exact, expandable, easy-operating model of describing components based on ontology, and a search method. Proved by experiments, the method increase the component´s recall ratio and precision ratio.
