Absolute land rent is an important part of the Marx´s theory. In his Capital, Marx elaborates the cause, condition, and sources for the birth of absolute land rent under capitalist mode. Under the condition of market economy, the absolute land rent theory has certain guiding significance and effect of enlightenment on the appropriate allocation of land resource.
