Notice of Retraction

An index system is built including five main indexes, high economy efficiency, advanced technology, scientific organizational management, sustainable development mode and industry security. The stochastic simulation solution method of comprehensive evaluation is used to do the empirical study on seven equipment manufacturing industries from the year of 2005 to 2007 in the paper. Based on the evaluation results, four forms of seven equipment industries´ advanced nature development are put forward in the paper including strong-equilibrium, weak-equilibrium, strong-disequilibrium and weak-disequilibrium.
