Abstract :
It is introduced in this paper that the formula of Equivalent Transient Energy Function(ETEF) after system emergency control based on the derivation of primary Transient Energy Function(TEF) after the operation of Power Balance Emergency Control(PBEC), then it can be reduced that the relationship between Critical Clearing Time(CCT) and PBEC time by confirming the comparative relationship among different unbalance power and putting the accident unbalance power, the fault-cutting unbalance power and PBEC power in the same coordinate system. It is also analysed in this paper that the result of system power angle and frequency after the operation of PBEC control using the calculated time of ETEF by some examples.
