Abstract
Based on the ownership of a family business preference, this paper analyzes innovative management and factors demonstrate how to break ownership preference of family business. In order to reflect the dialectical relationship between family enterprise development and enterprise innovation more clearly, we constructed a innovation logical model, including ownership of a family business preference, family enterprise development, family enterprise innovation strength and innovation of the family enterprise management.
