Abstract
Nanostructured or nanoporous graphene may be of interest for numerous applications, as diverse as electronics and molecular filtration. Here we demonstrate the deposition of size-selected nanoscale clusters onto few-layer graphene films as a route to nanostructured or nanoporous graphene. The deposited clusters are studied using scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM) at atomic resolution.
