Abstract :
Granule composition requires domain knowledge to combine appropriate granules to formulate meaningful and useful knowledge. Derived from the simple granules, the new granule is a knowledge approximation, which encompasses as a whole a new purpose unknown to the simple granules. In the paper, we demonstrate how granules, stored in a database system, are composed into new granules, and we show examples of new knowledge and function from the combined granules.
