Abstract
Routing software is a series of agreement software, which runs on a router to transmit packets, IP and ICMP are basic function agreements of them.This thesis designs a software based on Winpcap to achieve the above basic function agreements by using VC ++ and presents the design idea and detailed process of the routing software. The results of a simulation running on PC show that design and implement of routing software realizes the basic routing functions of static routing algorithms.
